I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12118 on your 2015 Kia Cadenza. This hitch has a tongue weight rating of 350lbs and 3,500lb trailer rating. You will want to ensure that you do not exceed the weight ratings given by the manufacturer for your vehicle. This will not require you to change your rear shocks. A High-Low adapter like the one you looked at is only intended for flat towing, not towing a trailer. Regardless, I would not use a separate adapter with the Lock N Roll. Use of your typical adapter will reduce the capacity of the hitch by 50%. It also isn't the best idea to add in an additional part with the design of the system.

The etrailer Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock # e99047 is an M16 bolt while the bolt that comes with the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock # THSTL2 is an M12, so even if the thread count was the same they wouldn't be compatible.

With just using a cargo carrier or bike rack you should not see any damage to either the hitch mounted accessory or the receiver tube. Using a Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63232 like your found will not only help to eliminate the play but it also is great at reducing theft since it tightens down on the receiver and has a lock. Draw-Tite stopped making their receivers compatible with this pin in 2021 and we have long sold through all those receivers. What you're experiencing is a pretty common issue for a lot of hitches and it tends to be either a lubrication issue or just an issue with the angle that the truck and trailer are sitting at preventing the jaws from fully latching. Newer 5th wheel hitches have a bit of pivot in the head to help accommodate this but it's not always enough so getting the truck and trailer on level ground will help quite a bit.
